Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy explains what is and is not permitted on the Plumeria platform operated by Plumeria. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone in your workspace.

1. Prohibited conduct

  • Any unlawful activity, including customs fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, or falsifying declarations.
  • Uploading, storing or transmitting malware, exploits, or code intended to disrupt systems.
  • Probing, scanning, penetration testing or attempting to defeat authentication, authorisation, rate limits or seat limits without our written permission.
  • Scraping, crawling, bulk export, or automated harvesting beyond documented product features.
  • Sending spam, phishing or unsolicited messages through invitations or any other feature.
  • Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with an organisation.
  • Interfering with other customers' use of the service, or imposing an unreasonable load on infrastructure.
  • Reverse engineering, benchmarking for a competing product, or reselling access.

2. Data you upload

Only upload broker, ACE, ERP, portfolio or regulatory data you are authorised to upload. Do not upload special category personal data, payment card data, health records, government issued identifiers, or classified or export-controlled material that you are not permitted to transmit.

You must have the rights necessary for any third party content you bring in through a GitHub, OneDrive or SharePoint link, and must respect licensing terms attached to that content.

3. Automated and AI features

Do not use AI assisted features to generate unlawful content, to produce documents intended to deceive a customs authority or counterparty, or to attempt to extract model instructions or bypass safety controls. Output must be reviewed by a competent person before it informs a filing or commercial decision.

4. Intellectual property and takedowns

If you believe content on the platform infringes your rights, contact support@plumeria.app with a description of the material, its location, and your rights in it. We will investigate and may remove or restrict content. Repeated infringement leads to account termination.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may review, restrict, remove or refuse content and outputs, throttle usage, suspend a user or workspace, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached or where required to protect the platform, our customers or third parties. Where practicable we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy; serious or unlawful conduct may result in immediate suspension and referral to authorities.

6. Reporting misuse

Report suspected misuse, security issues or vulnerabilities to support@plumeria.app. Please do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to respond.
