Each plan includes a fixed number of named users: Starter 1, Team 5, Enterprise 15. A named user is an individual login with its own audit trail; logins are not shared between people.
On plans that permit additional seats, each further named user is $119 per month. Seats added mid-cycle are prorated for the remainder of the period, and seats removed take effect at the start of the next period.
Upgrades apply immediately. The unused portion of the current subscription is credited against the new amount, so the charge shown at checkout is the difference rather than a second full payment.
Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current period, which keeps historical evidence exports available until the term closes. Yearly terms include two months complimentary compared with paying monthly.
Limits are counted per plan, not per user. Screening checks are counted per calendar month and reset on the first of the month. Reaching a screening limit does not interrupt the console, and no data is discarded.
The API allowance is reserved, not yet usable: each plan reserves a daily figure (1,000 on Starter, 10,000 on the mid tier and 50,000 on Enterprise), and keys can already be created and revoked in the console, but no external interface accepts those keys today. Nothing is billed or throttled against that allowance until the external API is enabled.
Published limits can be raised at any time and take effect for existing subscribers without action on your part. Reductions apply only at renewal and are notified at least thirty days beforehand, so an in-flight term always retains the thresholds it was purchased under.
Every change to pricing, seat counts and limits is recorded in an internal audit log with before and after values, and the comparison table on this page always reflects the currently effective figures.
Sustained usage above a threshold prompts a recommendation to move to the plan that covers it, with the exact figures behind the recommendation shown in the seat estimator above. There are no surprise overage invoices: usage beyond a threshold is throttled rather than billed.
Change history is kept for at least 12 months on Starter and 84 months on Enterprise. Nothing is deleted automatically when that period passes. After cancellation your workspace and its evidence stay available so exports can be taken; deletion is carried out when you ask us for it, and we confirm it to you in writing.
