Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the console, including users on seats you administer and anyone using the public demo.
You must not
- Use the service to plan, facilitate or conceal breaches of sanctions, export controls, customs or anti-money-laundering law, or to evade screening obligations.
- Share, resell, sublicense or pool seats, or provide access to the console as a service to third parties without our written agreement.
- Scrape, bulk-extract, mirror or redistribute the regulatory tracker content or any other dataset in the console outside your own internal compliance use.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code, models or prompts, or use the service to build a competing product or dataset.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the service other than as permitted by the Security Policy, or attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication or role restrictions.
- Upload malware, or content you have no right to provide, and do not upload special-category personal data or payment card data.
- Use automated agents to place load on the service beyond normal interactive use, or to circumvent seat counts.
- Misrepresent AI-assisted output as certified, verified or professionally reviewed advice, whether internally or to third parties.
Public demo
The demo contains fabricated data and exists to show functionality. Do not enter real personal, confidential or trade data into it, do not present its output as real, and do not use it for load testing.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and may throttle, suspend or terminate access — with notice where practical, immediately where there is unlawful use or risk to others. Periods of suspension for breach are not refundable.
