Information only — this page is not legal, customs, tax or export advice. Always confirm the position with your own qualified adviser.

We keep our supplier chain deliberately short. Each provider below is bound by a written data-processing agreement, may process customer data only to deliver the function described, and is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses where data leaves the EEA, UK or Switzerland.

Current subprocessors

Application hosting and edge delivery
Serves the console and its server functions. Processes request metadata and data in transit. United States / global edge.
Managed database, authentication and file storage
Stores account records, company and regulatory records, mitigation steps, encrypted integration tokens and audit logs; handles sign-in. United States / European Union.
Payment processing
Subscription billing, checkout, invoices, tax handling and fraud prevention. Card data is processed by the provider, not by us. United States / global.
Transactional email
Sends sign-in, billing and service-notice emails. Processes recipient name, email address and message content. United States / European Union.
AI model providers
Generate translations, summaries and explanations from the text submitted for a request. Contractually barred from using submitted content to train their models. United States / European Union.
Microsoft 365 (OneDrive / SharePoint)
Only where you connect it: we read the folders and files you select on your instruction. Microsoft acts under your own Microsoft agreement; the tenancy and region are yours.
Error and performance monitoring
Collects diagnostic events, stack traces and technical metadata to keep the service reliable. United States / European Union.
