Regulatory measures, tariff and classification information, sanctions and denied-party screening results, risk scores, value-at-risk figures and mitigation suggestions are informational aids for trained compliance professionals.
They are not legal, customs, tax, sanctions or export advice, not a binding ruling or classification, not a licence determination, and not a screening clearance. Using the console creates no adviser–client relationship.
No warranty of accuracy or currency
Trade rules change constantly and often with immediate effect. Content may be incomplete, superseded, mistranslated, wrongly parsed from a source file, or simply wrong.
Timestamps in the console show when we last refreshed a data set, not that the underlying rule is unchanged since then. Always check the official publication of the responsible authority.
You remain responsible
You remain the importer or exporter of record and remain solely responsible for classifications, valuations, origin determinations, licence and exemption decisions, restricted-party screening, declarations and filings, and for engaging licensed professionals where the law requires it.
- Verify every measure against the official source before acting.
- Have classification and licence determinations confirmed by a qualified person.
- Treat screening results as leads to investigate, never as a decision.
- Keep your own records of what was checked, by whom, and when.

The public demo at /demo contains fabricated companies, measures, scores and screening results created to illustrate functionality. Nothing in the demo is real regulatory content and none of it may be relied on for any purpose.

The console surfaces information from public authorities, commercial providers and files you supply, and may link to external sites. We do not control that content and accept no responsibility for its accuracy, availability or legality.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and as further set out in section 10 of the Terms of Service, we are not liable for duties, taxes, penalties, fines, seizures, forfeitures, detentions, storage or demurrage charges, delayed or refused shipments, denied licences, enforcement action, or lost profits or goodwill arising from use of or reliance on the service. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the preceding twelve months.
